Our Story

Hello and a very warm welcome to Fearless Luminosity!

My name is Beth and I am the founder of Fearless Luminosity. My background is in adult nursing and I have worked in a lots of roles from community nursing to business development. After being made redundant, I decided to seize the moment and embark on turning my passion and love of all things candles into a small business. 

I’ve lived in Derbyshire all my life and all my candles and wax melts are lovingly hand-poured in my home. When creating Fearless Luminosity, I wanted to ensure it represented all the things I’m really passionate about such as all my products being cruelty free, vegan and wherever possible, sustainably sourced.

I love candles and have done from a young age. But when I started out researching professional candle making, I soon realised that not all the candles are created equal! I’d previously bought and loved many candles over the years from very well known brands not realising that many are made from paraffin wax which contains lots of nasty toxins and parabins. As a nurse and avid candle lover myself, I knew straight away I wanted to use soy wax for Fearless Luminosity, it burns cleanly and with no nasty parabens.

I wanted Fearless Luminosity to have candles that are unique, bold with beautiful designs and gorgeous scents! Our candles and diffusers come in fabulous gift packaging so whether a treat for yourself (self-care is so important!) or a gift for someone else, you will have a stunning present arriving through your door!
